Jeremiah Ginsberg, a born again Messianic Jewish Believer, is an attorney, now retired, who practiced entertainment law with the New York City firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison before moving to Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), to CBS Records, General Electric Credit Corp., and finally to his own law practice in New Canaan, CT.

While practicing law, Jeremiah, a musician since his youth and an accomplished composer and lyricist, also wrote songs which were recorded by major jazz artists Gloria Lynne, Kay Starr, Lana Cantrell, Helen Merrill and others.

In the early 70's, Jeremiah wrote the album, "Israel, Land Of Sweet Sunshine," an audible collage which traces the growth of the Jewish nation from ghettoes through the Holocaust to the beautiful Land which God restored to His beloved people. The album consists of music, lyrics, and pieces of historical speeches from such dignitaries as Ben Gurion, Golda Meir, Abba Eban, Rabbi Hillel Silver, Moishe Dayan and others. The title song has been featured on Jewish radio programs in New York City. He put together a video production of "Israel, Land of Sweet Sunshine," showing historical and contemporary footage of the birth and continuing existence of the miracle Land, Israel.

How did this Jewish lawyer become an advocate for Messiah Yeshua? In 1972, God sovereignly lifted Jeremiah into the Throne Room of the Temple in heaven. He saw with his own eyes the face of the Messiah who is the express image of the Father (Hebrews 1:3).

He learned that it is Jewish to believe in the only begotten Son of God. He realized that Yeshua is the Messiah of Israel, the Lamb of God, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, and the One who will return at the end of the age to establish His Kingdom, the Throne of David, in Jerusalem.

In 1976, the Lord called Jeremiah out of his law practice to become what He termed "a divine lawyer," representing the interests of the Kingdom of God. In 1977, while ministering at the World Conference on the Holy Spirit in Jerusalem, God gave Jeremiah a vision of the final attack on Jerusalem: Armageddon. This created a life-long study of the prophetic Scriptures surrounding the last days preceding the return of the Messiah.

Jeremiah has ministered at hundreds of congregations and business men's groups sharing his dynamic experiences and knowledge of the Scriptures throughout the United States and Europe, performing his joyous Hebraic songs, and praying for the sick under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

In 1981, Jeremiah wrote and produced "Rabboni" in California and won a Bronze Halo Award from The Southern California Motion Picture Council for "Excellence in Family Entertainment." Then he brought the show to New York City and produced it off-Broadway during the entire summer of 1985 to much acclaim in both the secular and Christian press.

"The 700 Club" did a feature story on "Rabboni," interviewing Jeremiah and showing portions of the off-Broadway production, and he and his wife, Wendy, have been guests on "The Praise The Lord Show" locally on TBN in New York, California, and Florida. In 1990, two of his songs were featured at the ICEJ's Feast of Tabernacles in Jerusalem.

In 1994, Jeremiah produced, directed and performed the role of "Mendel Moskowitz" in a major production of "Rabboni" at The Colony Theater in Miami Beach. Many people heard the Messianic Gospel, including Holocaust survivors, and some received their Messiah.

For 3 years, from 1988-1991, Jeremiah and Wendy hosted a prophecy radio show on New York's largest Christian station, challenging listeners to discover that Yeshua is truly the Jewish Messiah, and to accept Him and His atoning sacrifice for them. The response was outstanding, with Orthodox Jews and rabbis calling in to discuss Messianic truths.

Jeremiah's first book, "While The Fiddler Played, The World Came To An End," is an in-depth study of Biblical prophecy. The book is widely acclaimed for its scholarship and its accurate depiction of the end-times from a Messianic Jewish perspective.

Jeremiah's second book, "Esau's Last Stand," is a study of the ancient conflict between Jacob and Esau, tracing its roots and development throughout the ages, leading up to the War of Armageddon. (See Order Form.)

In the Spring and Summer of 1997, he produced "Mendel & Moses" at the Century City Playhouse in West Los Angeles, and the Canon Theatre in Beverly Hills. It received excellent reviews, and was seen and enjoyed by no less than 7,000 theatre-goers. A sampling of the reviews:

In 2008, Jeremiah & Wendy wrote their third Biblical musical, "The Time Of Mendel's Trouble," and produced a limited-engagement Actors' Equity Showcase off-Broadway at The Beckett Theatre on 42nd Street. When Mendel Moskowitz receives the mantle of Moses, and Murray Schwartz is called by the Lord with the Elijah anointing, the Two Witnesses bring their end-time message through brilliant music, humor and drama with an ultimately uplifting message of hope.

Jeremiah resides in Florida with his wife, Wendy, and their two sons. He is in pre-production on a fourth full-length musical, an operetta based on the Book of Esther, ministering in music, performing his original praise & worship songs, presenting Concert Version Showcases, and teaching the Word of God (which can be seen live via our webcast page on Sunday evenings) as it relates to the end-times.
